What the app does

Inlet: Mindset & Motion provides an AI-powered coaching experience for reflection, habits, mindset, and personal growth. Responses are generated by a large language model and may sometimes be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or not suitable for your situation.

Important disclaimer

The app and its AI coach are provided for general informational and self-reflection purposes only. They do not provide medical, mental health, crisis, legal, tax, investment, or other professional advice. Do not rely on the app for emergencies or for decisions that should be made with a qualified professional.

Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• use the app lawfully and responsibly
• avoid entering sensitive personal information or confidential data in chat
• not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service
• remain responsible for your own choices, actions, and wellbeing

Chat content

To operate the service, our servers may store chat records and related technical logs. We do not share chat records with third parties, and we do not use chat records or other app information to track you across third-party apps, websites, or services.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, pause, or discontinue parts of the app at any time. We may also update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Ending access

We may limit or stop access to the app if needed to protect the service, users, or comply with law.
