Chat records and AI processing

Your chat messages may be processed and stored on our servers to generate AI coach responses and operate the service. Because the service is AI-based, please do not enter sensitive personal information, health records, financial account details, passwords, government identification numbers, or other highly confidential content in chat.

Sharing and tracking

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your chat records with third parties. We do not use your chat records or other app information to track you across third-party apps, websites, or services.

Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms.

You can stop using the app at any time. Depending on the features available in the current version, you may also manage notifications and certain local app settings on your device.
